Balsam Fir is an evergreen tree and has been used  by Native Americans to heal wounds. The oil is uplifting and grounding and helps with injuries.

Balsam Fir can help with asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis, chronic cough, nasal congestion. Balsam Fir can be combined with Eucalyptus radiata, Tea Tree or Lavender to enhance its healing properties.

Balsam Fir can help lessen (or alleviate) the pain of arthritis, muscle pain,joint pain and rheumatism.

Lavender Vera is a bit rare and quite a valuable essential oil.
Its use would be similar to the Lavender Fine and also works efficiently at the emotional and energetic levels.
Lavender Vera is be great help for migraines.
This would be an excellent oil to help you relax and sleep after a stressful day.
Another benefit of Lavender Vera is for skin care as it can help with wrinkles. Blend Lavender Vera with some Rose Oil and Frankincense to use instead of wrinkle cream.

Attention Moms! Lavender is excellent to use if you have a lice outbreak, and it is SAFE!
